Troubleshoot - Can't see usual records on List Screen

Have you gone to a Menu and the List screen is blank, or only showing a few records?

Maybe you have Filters set??

Go to the top of your List screen, and hover yuor mouse over the 'Set Filters' tab. 

If there appears to be Filters set, simply click the 'Clear Filters' icon and your List screen will refresh.

 

Anytime a Filter is Set, Users MUST Clear Filter at the end of their process, so that other users are not hindered.
