All questions and issues logged within the system are initially only accessible by ionMy employees. Your username and email address is logged when you submit an issue or a question, however this is only used for email correspondence relating to the issue that you have raised to provide you with up-to-date information on the status of your question or issue.

If the question or issue you have raised has not previously been raised and would be beneficial to other users, we make it publicly available, however your personal details or details that may identify you or your business, will not be disclosed, or viewable by any other user.

You may specifically request that your question or issue is not made publicly available.
