Multiple Actions Linked to Singular Milestones

Multiple actions can be linked to Milestones within Quality Improvement records. To do this: - Once on a Quality Improvement record, scroll down to the Milestone table and add your Milestone. - Click the ‘Show Actions’ button to open the Action table linked to this Milestone. - Actions can be added, viewed, processed all within the one Milestone.
