How to Make a Position Org Unit Manager (For Detailed Guide on How to Create Units and Facilities see ionMy User Guides Section)

To Mark a position as Unit Manager:

  1. Go to Governance > Positions

  2. Next Click on the Allocation Tab

  3. From the Filter by Unit Drop down select The Unit

  4. The page will refresh displaying the Positions allocated to the said unit

  5. Click on the Edit pencil of the Position which you want to set as the Org Unit Manager

  6. You will be directed to the Allocations Details Page

  7. On your right there is a field “This Position is the Unit Manager”

  8. Click on the check box next to it and Save

 

Please note there can only be one position ticked as  Org Unit Manager  within each unit
