Changing your Definition Field sort Order

Steps to updating the sort order in alphabetical order:

1. Go to My settings- Definition Fields e.g Infection

2. Select the list you wish to update, for example "Treatment"

3. Click the "Name" header to view the list in alphabetical order

4. Click the edit icon next to a record that needs updating

5. Enter in the sort order number

6. Click Save

7. Follow steps 4-6 for every field that needs amending
