Using Feedback Hub

Open

1. You can access this from your ionMy home screen by going to My Apps > Feedback App

   Note: You can also access your Feedback App with your own unique URL. This can be linked to your website so the public can submit feedback

2. From this page you can complete the Feedback Form
   
   

3. Once the form is completed, press submit at the top of the screen.
   
   

Once your feedback is submitted, the appropriate team members are automatically advised and will proceed accordingly.
