Making More Time For Care

We acknowledge the increasing challenges faced by the care industry, and how the numerous admin processes put pressure on time available for care delivery.

In our new video campaign, we show our support for the industry and we aim to raise awareness of how technology can significantly improve work routines and allow you to focus on care.

 Keeping Aged Care Cyber-Safe

The increased reliance on technology goes hand in hand with a greater need for cybersecurity in the care sector to ensure the ongoing protection of sensitive, personal, and medical-related data.

Data and technology have been common themes throughout the Royal Commission into Aged Care Quality and Safety.

ionMy Hot Tips

Check out this month's system hot tips, including:

  • Reporting: Highlighting a cell - We can set cells within our report results to be coloured based on certain criteria.

  • Updating your Credential Expiry Alert Timing - The Department of Health have suggested that it would be beneficial to remind staff, and others, of expiring Police and NDIS Worker Screening checks 12 weeks prior to expiry, due to delayed renewal processing times by the National Police Checking Service.
