Summary - Public Feedback Portal

 

We have introduced a new Public Feedback Portal, which works in the same manner as it does for those using our Compliance Portal.

The link can be uploaded to your own website, on tablets at your administration desk or shared with clients, their family and friends. When feedback is submitted the record is sent through to your ionMy core database, alerts are sent to those who need to know and the records are instantly available for continued processing and reporting.

Setting Up the Feedback Type

 

To adjust the configuration of the Public Feedback Portal details page within your ionMy system, You will need to have administrator Security Permissions and follow the below navigation pathways and configuration steps;

  1. Navigate to  My Setting  > Definition Fields

  2. Scroll down and Locate Compliments  & Complaints .
    Note : Depending on your environment, your many options may be named slightly different For example Feedback maybe known as Feedback Register

  3. Select Type

  4. Select the the types you want to be visible in the Feedback Portal by ticking the check box next  “Form Entry “  for  the type . Save

Set Up Feedback Portal Custom Label

  1. Navigate to My Settings > Apps Settings

  2. Locate and select the App Setting  Feedback Tab

    1. Apply a new naming convention to a field

    2. Apply sort Order at which you want the fields to appear

    3. Apply mandatory settings to a field

    4. Adjust the visibility of a field from;

      1. Visible to Non Visible [ Untick the tick box in the ‘Visible’ column for the selected field to make the action field no longer visible system wide ]

      2. Non Visible to Visible [ Tick the tick box in the ‘Visible’ column for the selected field to make the action field visible system wide

  3. Once done you can use the URL provided under Over view to see how the form looks  on the website
