How to change font in field names (standard or flexi fields)

If clients want to change some or all of the font in a field name (standard or flexi) they can use html formatting.

For example the image above has a field name of: 6. Is an RCA required? Select YES if Q1=Yes or Q2,Q3,Q4 and Q5= Yes

Users need to enter the first formatting section in > and then to 'end' the setting need to have

So if we wanted this as italics instead of small text, we would enter it as: 6. Is an RCA required? Select YES if Q1=Yes or Q2,Q3,Q4 and Q5= Yes

The same rules apply within your alert templates. In the following image I have set small, bold and italic fonts within the template.
