To login to any of the ionMy products you must have a valid username and password combination. Both the username and password field are case sensitive. So check that the Caps Lock button on your keyboard is not on.

If you have forgotten either your username or password, you need to contact yourInternal ionMy System Administrator and ask them to reset your password or check that your account has not been disabled.

If you are the System Administrator and you have forgotten your username or password then please contact us via:

  2. Via support email support@ionmy.com.au and/or ionmysupport@ionmy.atlassian.net ( Noting that you should receive an auto notification advising you of the ticket number)
