If only the record with an action linked is being displayed on the report. from my example Hazard 1 title 1 action a Hazard 1 title 1 action b Hazard 2 title 2 action a Hazard 3 title 3 null Hazard 4 title 4 action c The hazard 3’s action will be set as null because it doesn’t have any action You can change the setting (include hazard without hazard (null) or not) using allow nulls checkbox under data source tab (see attachment)
