ionMy: July Hot Tip 2022 Accessing records directly from Report

  1. Go to your Incident List screen

  2. Open a record and copy the link, example: https://test.ionmy.com.au/WHS_Accident_Details.aspx?mid=WHS&sent_list_id=000118 

  3. Change the id to {0} and add &sent_from_external=1 at the end

  4. Your final format should look like this : https://test.ionmy.com.au/WHS_Accident_Details.aspx?mid=WHS&sent_list_id={0}&sent_from_external=1

  5. Next go to your report and select the field “Reference ID”

  6. Click on advanced setting (see image below)

     

  7. The pop up for Advance Properties will display

  8. On the URL field insert you Final URL Format (from step 4)

     

  9. Once done click on “Ok”

  10. Click on the Save Button to Save changes made to this report

  11. Or You can click on Preview where you will be able to see that you now have the the reference ID in blue,if you click on it you will be directed to the actual record
