How to Enable /Disable an Alert

  1. Navigate to Reminders > Setup

  2. At Event Filter drop down list select the reminder you wish to disable eg On Policy Review

  3. The page will refresh and display the alert

  4. Click on the Check box in the filter column of the alert you want to enable /disable

  5. Next click on the Enable disable Button

  6. You will get a pop up ,select enable /disable depending on what you are trying to do
