We are glad to announce that our team has done a thorough investigation of the updated requirements within the QI Program that are associated with record types generally captured in ionMy.

ionMy are now able to provide assistance as below, where dashboard results can be exported to excel, or even better - scheduled to send to someone on the 20th of the due month in excel format - so that figures can be copied into the My Aged Care portal.
Available with the release of v6.3, with upgrade to occur 29th September 2021.

SUPPORT HOT TIP #2 - ionMy POP-UP BLOCKED IN BROWSER
During some recent meetings, our team was made aware of a common comment that clients are saying "Not all staff are able to enter incidents into ionMy via the Core database".
The reason for this is that users browsers have had ionMy popups blocked. This is not an ionMy issue - it is a browser thing. The user simply needs to allow popups from ionMy and then they will be able to enter incidents through the core portal.
