        1. Here you can edit your organisations existing vaccinations clicking on the view/edit pencil or to click on “Add New” to add additional vaccinations.

          1. In the pop-up window add in the details of the vaccination by using the drop-down and multi select fields.
            If the vaccine requires more than 1 dose you can choose a time period between the doses. This date will then be prepopulated when adding a vaccination record against a staff or community member. (See How to enter a vaccination record user guide)

          NOTE: By ticking “Print on Staff Health Record” this will then mean that the dose details will print from the Staff/community details page if you choose to print the page6.

          1. Once you have entered the dose details, click save up the top of the screen and your vaccination type has now been added
