– UPDATING YOUR CREDENTIAL EXPIRY ALERT TIMING

The Department of Health have suggested that it would be beneficial to remind staff, and others, of expiring Police and NDIS Worker Screening checks 12 weeks prior to expiry, due to delayed renewal processing times by the National Police Checking Service.

ionMy can be updated to assist with this by;

1. Updating Credential Expiry Timed Reminder setting to 120960 minutes (12 weeks)

   In Reminders > Setup > Setup Reminder > edit Staff Credential Expired to 120960

If you have volunteers, contractors, or others with these credential types, please repeat this process for "TPP Credential Expired"2.

1. Updating any Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Credential Reports to highlight certificates that expire within the next 3 months.
