NEW FUNCTIONALITY:
 The above is a sample image. We have had some clients discuss their need to retain staff PCR/RAT details and not have a viable solution to record this in. As this seemed quite an important requirement, we have agreed to include this within the ionMy solution. It is being fast-tracked and will be introduced to you in Version 6.3.04, scheduled for the end of March 2022 release. To make it easy for all staff to enter their own test results, we will have a new option made available on the compliance portal that they can easily enter the results to come through to Core for continued processing and/or reporting on.
VACCINATION REPORTS? MAKE IT EASIER WITH IONMY

Serious Incident Response Scheme (SIRS) online reporting form:
Don't forget: Amendments will be made to the My Aged Care Portal from 28 February 2022 to improve the user-friendliness of the Serious Incident Response Scheme (SIRS) online reporting form. The changes will also help residential aged care providers to understand the level of detail and quality of information they must include in their reportable incident notifications. IN THE NEWS
Data provided by the Department of Health show that in January, only 128 site visits and 87 ‘non-site activities’ - which include measures such as phone compliance checks - were conducted across the nation’s almost 2,700 aged care homes. The number represents only one-third of the inspections conducted the previous year. Read more here.
