Hi,

Welcome to the latest edition of our ionMy newsletter.

These current times bring us a moment of reflection and the hopes for a brighter future for the sector.

As an industry, we find ourselves at a crossroads. With just over a year since the delivery of the Royal Commission final report, and a federal election just around the corner, it’s a time when we have an opportunity for real and lasting changes.

As a long time supporter of the care sector, ionMy understands that positive changes and improvements need to be an ongoing focus and an area that requires everyone’s involvement and efforts.

Although there is no shortage of challenges ahead of us, we are always hopeful that the sector is maturing and improving, and we feel honoured to be part of those changes.

Enjoy the read!

3- What do you love the most about working with ionMy?

TEAM WORK!!!  I love the synergy and how aligned we are at sharing a common goal of bringing a better version of ionMy. Everyone works as a team to ensure we deliver. The team is one of the most amazing ones I have come across where there is respect /trust and each member's suggestion /contribution is valued. The best part is that each member is there to support the other when the need arises. I just love the ionMy team and consider it a blessing to be part of it.

Hmm, now let's see the ionMy system has so many wonderful features which I love and my favourite is the ability to raise and assign Actions.

5 - Your favourite person/ or company to follow

I follow a number of people and companies and I am quite intrigued by their values but if there is one person I would have to name it would be Michelle (Kruwinnus - ionMy Client and Success Manager), she is the epitome of a good Manager from taking me on board and guiding me through all these years to becoming a better version of myself.

6 - Any relevant/ important tech trend for 2022 you might want to share
