 1 - How long have you been working with ionMy? I have been with ionMy for the past 3 years and 2 months as the Client Success Associate.
2 - Brief description of your role I am the point of contact for client support needs and am responsible for the overall communication, coordination and provision of support services to all our clients. I am also part of the testing team where my responsibilities include completing robust software testing and providing implementation support to ensure the successful delivery of ionMy product releases and Project Implementations.
3- What do you love the most about working with ionMy? TEAM WORK!!! I love the synergy and how aligned we are at sharing a common goal of bringing a better version of ionMy. Everyone works as a team to ensure we deliver. The team is one of the most amazing ones I have come across where there is respect /trust and each member's suggestion /contribution is valued. The best part is that each member is there to support the other when the need arises. I just love the ionMy team and consider it a blessing to be part of it.
4- Your favourite ionMy feature Hmm, now let's see the ionMy system has so many wonderful features which I love and my favourite is the ability to raise and assign Actions.
5 - Your favourite person/ or company to follow I follow a number of people and companies and I am quite intrigued by their values but if there is one person I would have to name it would be Michelle (Kruwinnus - ionMy Client and Success Manager), she is the epitome of a good Manager from taking me on board and guiding me through all these years to becoming a better version of myself.
6 - Any relevant/ important tech trend for 2022 you might want to share I think it would be AI-powered cybersecurity. ionMy Hot Tips
