During some recent meetings, our team was made aware of a common comment that clients are saying "Not all staff are able to enter incidents into ionMy via the Core database".

The reason for this is that users browsers have had ionMy popups blocked. This is not an ionMy issue - it is a browser thing. The user simply needs to allow popups from ionMy and then they will be able to enter incidents through the core portal.
