Section 2 : Customer Reports Transition FAQ’s

Q1: Many of our scheduled reports are duplicated so they provide the right information to each of our Sites. Do all of these count as one report that you will re-create for us

A1: We will complete the main/master report and will then ask you to clone them for each of your sites.

Q2: We’ve identified a few more than 10 critical reports – do we have to re-create those extra few ourselves?

A2: A few extra is fine – go ahead and include them in your list.

Q3: We have so many reports in ionMy, can I get a list of reports that have been run recently in order to ascertain which reports we take over to ionReports ?

A3: ionMy does not maintain a register of when and which reports have been run.  We’d suggest you start with the list of scheduled reports as these are being run and distributed by the system according to their schedule.

Q4: What if there is a report I need that you are delivering in October?  That will be too late so do I need to re-write that before Izenda is turned off in July?

A4: The report will need to be available by July when Izenda is decommissioned, so you can include it in your Top 10 or re-create later yourself.

Q5: We will need to re-create quite a few reports over to ionReports (in addition to the standard suite and ‘Top 10’ you are completing for us).  Can we get assistance with that?

A5: Certainly – our support team can assist you as you re-create reports, or we can re-create them for you, noting that an additional fee might apply.

Q6: ionMy is used by many areas within our organisation. Are you looking for the 'Top 10' list of reports from each area ?

A6: We are seeking one consolidated list for the organisation. If your consolidated the list comprises slightly more than 10 reports that is fine - please send us the list as close as you can get to 10.

Q7: How will we trained in the new report writer?

A7: We will be providing training to all customers in multiple formats - a training guide, short videos as well as online live Q&A workshops. Training content will be designed for those who are already using Izenda and will be made available shortly after the release of ionReports. The workshops are expected to be held towards the end of April. We will contact you as soon as the materials and schedule are ready.
